L0lf2p Friends Chat
The L0lf2p Friends chat is the most active F2P Dungeoneering chat. We reach maximum XP rates through the use of skillers and organized runs. It is strongly advised to carefully read this and other threads before asking further questions in the Friends chat.
- Floors:
- Floors
All floors are formed and organized in the Friends chat. Parties consist of 2 combatants ("cbs" or "cbers") and 3 skillers with combat levels of 3-5 ("sks"). This forms the 2cb3sk party. Floors are done with 5:3 difficulty.
We do 3 sets of floors, called runs:
Smalls (Floors 1-17), requiring at least 15 Dungeoneering; takes approximately 20-30 minutes
Furnished Larges ("Furns") (Floors 18-23 or 24-29), requiring at least 35 or 47 Dungeoneering; takes approximately 20-30 minutes
Note: Better XP/h is achieved by doing Floors 24-29 twice to tick off 18-29.
Abandoned 2 Larges ("Ab2s") (Floors 30-35), requiring at least 59 Dungeoneering; takes approximately 20-30 minutes
Note: Better XP/h is achieved by doing Floor 35 six times to tick off 30-35.
The best XP/h is achieved with Guide Mode set to ON. See section 3.6.3 of <Khan's Guide to F2P Dungeoneering for Combaters>. Setting Guide Mode to OFF will not dramatically reduce XP/h, however.
All runs are advertised in the Friends chat based on the remaining members needed "to go". For example, a Small run party requiring 2 combatants and 1 skiller to go will advertise "Smalls 2cbsktg".
If a party is impartial as to which run they want, they might advertise for "Any" (ex. "Any cb3sktg"). If you join, be sure to specify which run(s) you need. Similarly, a party might advertise "Larges", meaning either Furns or Ab2s. Again, specify which run(s) you need if you decide to join.

- Rules:
- Rules
1. Never commit to a run you cannot complete. It is best to leave before the run begins.
2. Never leave runs before they are completed. If there is an emergency, try and find a replacement.
3. Never AFK and always pay attention. Educate yourself by reading the appropriate guides. Even when you're late by a few seconds, you delay your entire party. Prioritize the time of others.
4. Don't take people from outside the FC unless they are familiar with the rules and methods we use. To DG in the FC requires that certain skill and knowledge requirements are met. When you invite someone who does not meet these requirements, you do so at the expense of others' time and energy.
5. Always be respectful towards your fellow Dungeoneers. This means being helpful and polite.
- Ranking System:
- Ranking System
Unranked - New and/or inactive players
Friend - Combatants who hardly participate in 2cb3sk floors, but are active/reliable in other party formats (ex. 5cb)
Corporal - Relatively new and reliable skillers
Sergeant - Reliable and relatively helpful skillers
Lieutenant - Relatively new combatants; should preferably play the role of the 2nd combatant
Captain - Experienced combatants; active; comfortable in both combatant roles
General - Experienced combatants; active and helpful; contributed significantly to the F2P DG community; trusted with keeping the Friends chat running
All members are observed based on their performance. A reputation for AFK'ing or ditching will result in no rank progression. Failure to follow rules can result in a derank or ban.
- Other Tips:
- Other Tips
1. Always try and do floors that you haven't completed yet. Once all floors you can do are "ticked", reset your progress in the party interface. This will result in the best XP/h.
2. When joining parties, make sure you are clear as to whether you are a combatant or a skiller.
3. If hosting a party, make sure you keep track of the names of your party members, and whether or not they are still online.
4. If you prefer Guide Mode to be set ON or OFF, please specify to your party.
5. Try not to make party members wait long for you to arrive. The quicker you are, the better for everyone.
6. Feel free to make conversation in the FC and get to know people. You'll find that DG is a lot more fun with friends.
